4:20 Some airports don’t want you to do anything with the TSA bins once you remove your stuff. Their conveyer belt counts the returning bins it than stacks them into a return conveyer. Boston Logan and San Diego International do this.

The weirdest question i got at security was if i had a gf? How is that relevant for security?

The repetitive "do not leave your items unattended" announcements don't stop people – the number of times I called airport police for abandoned luggage when working in station operations was just unbelievable, and then the owners would always be confused as to why airport police was calling their name.

Well you do have the right to record a tsa agent for evidence

Boarding takes soooooo loooong now days, when the first boarding call is made it’s actually a good time to use the rest room. Unless you are flying first class or enjoy watching everyone board after you while you sit there and are stared at, using the airport bathroom is better than waiting until the seatbelt sign is off which may never come as airlines tend to keep it on during the least bit of turbulence.

A lot of Americans seem to think feet are very gross, especially the maker of this video! She’s mentioned it a few times in different videos. 😅 I’ve long ago ceased to be bothered by feet, bare or otherwise. I’ve lived in Africa for over a decade, where many people don’t wear closed-toed shoes because it is so hot all the time, and so many people are very poor. Feet don’t stink if you don’t go around wearing socks and shoes and getting sweaty feet. Anyway, I wear sandals ALL the time myself and I find shoes and socks to be uncomfortable. I’m not sure I even own a wearable pair of socks. But I don’t want to offend American passengers if they are that bothered by feet. Should I dig out my unused sneakers and socks from the back of my dresser and spend my long-haul flight in discomfort, or should I wear what is comfortable to me, and just try to be discreet about it?

I like to see people not take more space in the over head bin that is allowed. If you sit in the back of the plane don’t put luggage in the
Overhead bins in the front plane. It just makes more difficult for those passengers to get their bags. I worry about things being stolen out of my bag because it is behind me I can’t see if someone is messing with
    my bag.

I used to travel quite frequently but now that I have a disability (I have titanium implants on my spine, I walk with a cane, and wearing foot orthosis) I haven’t considered travelling by plane again. 😢

Inside the airport or entering one, never accept baggage from strangers.

  15. @RicardoRMartinelli says:
    April 2, 2026 at 2:21 pm

by the way, there are different rules for each class.

  16. @RicardoRMartinelli says:
    April 2, 2026 at 2:21 pm

That should be rules that no seat would be less than 45cm by 45cm with, at least 40cm between the front edge of the seat and the back of the seat at front and the back should recline at least to 40° and two arm rest per seat with at least 5cm between each one, and one free checked luggage of up to 25kg (that should be the new free max weight). Thus allowing the passengers to have the minimal comfort deserved, the space and the discomfort on planes today is close to violates the Geneva convention for prisoners of war, specially on long flights, it is a light torture.

I am almost always subjected to extra security in the TSA screening line. I expect it so much that recently when TSA told me I was good to go after the scanner, I just stood there until they offered to screen me further. No, I’m not trying to sneak anything past TSA. I just get extra screening a lot.

What about all the morons that’s crowd around the baggage claim belt waiting, blocking anyone who’s bag is actually infront of them, if you do this you have zero common sense

  21. @borg386 says:

Actually you ARE Allowed to film the TSA check points from a distance. It's a 1st amendment protected activity.
But it's never a good idea if you are actually planning on flying that day. You most likely will never get on the plane.

  23. @recycledparent9454 says:

I think if a parent has children that are so hyper that they are running around in the airport, it may be a good thing. I would much rather that than them releasing their pent up hyper activeness within the confines of the aeroplane. There are of course limits and sensibilities within this…

  24. @andreacook7431 says:

As an autistic person, your videos are both informative, and reinforce that I do NOT want to fly unless it's a matter of life or death.

  25. @TravelwithGabe-rr7xp says:
    April 2, 2026 at 2:21 pm

I would like to correct you. You are able to film in tsa if you don’t interfere with the process.

Item #16 – I always carry a small 4-port power strip when I travel. More than once I've had people buy me a cup of coffee because I made extra outlets available for laptops, tablet chargers, etc.

  27. @Jsmith2024 says:

#3. Don't wear a belt or take it off before you get in line. Empty your pockets before you get in line.

If everyone behaved decently in the first place, we would not need all these security checks in the first place. Somehow, air travel seems to bring out the worst in so many people

Many times when I fly early in the morning or get back late at night to the airport, I'll find people sleeping across seats but this is suaully in gates that are not currently used but I only see it during those times, not peak times or gates that are being used.

The one about how you talk and act while flying (and avoiding certain topics or phrases) is a good one, particularly for international travel where people may misinterpret you. For example, I do photography and photographers have a habit of saying stuff like "I shoot landscape" or "people" to mean they photograph that stuff, but to someone who doesn't know, this comes across as something potetnaily bad so I have to remind people to use the word "photograph" when out in public where people may misunderstand you when you say "shoot". Obviously staying out of politics is also a good thing to avoid talking about as some countries may have different views and frankly, not a topic worth discussing on an airplane or even when visiting another country perhaps. Your views or your country's views may differ from that of the country you are visiting, and that's fine, but I would avoid talking about politics in foreign countries especially.

My solutoin to the plug problem is to bring a power bank with me (one of the larger ones that you can still bring through TSA) that can charge your phone or tablet multiple times. Or, if I have some time available (like 1-2 hours) I may find an empty gate nearby to my departure gate and use the power adapters there if I need to keep my device plugged into for a long time so that I'm away from people and maybe have access to more plugs if I need them without irritating others.

What about a person clipping their toenails at the gate 🤮🤢 Gross that needs to be done at home in your private area!

If its a long trip with a suitcase in the hold, I take the smallest carry on I can, just with essentials, no liquids. just some clothes to wear if the luggage is late.
it sits under the seat and avoids the scrum of the overhead lockers
